While the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Mr. Phillips and Masterpiece Bakery in their refusal to bake a cake for a same-sex wedding, the ruling was "narrow" in that the Court ruled on procedure, not policy. What will the Court decide when the baker's policy itself is on the line? Is baking a cake "creative expression" and thus speech? Does it matter? Join Beth and Anthony as they talk about what to do when claims of conscience clash with claims of discrimination.
